Review – Ever loved a book so much, you wished it would never end? The Sun Down Motel by Simone St. James has become my new favourite!

I bet you love reading thrillers for the same reason I do – the thrills! The stakes are naturally higher with supernatural thrillers. The setting, the characters, the final reveal has to be just right – to give the reader the creeps from the comfort of their home.

The Sun Down Motel delivers on all these fronts. This novel sets a heart-thumping ghost story in the middle of a rundown motel which takes place in two different timelines. The author takes us through what Viv experienced and what Carly is now going through.

The Broken Girls by the same author was a stunning read as well, however, this novel kept me hooked!

It kept me glued to the page right until the end, and I recommend you pick it up if you’re in the mood for all things that go bump in the night!
